As a Senior Consultant – IGA, you will play a key role in delivering Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, with a focus on Identity Governance and Administration. You will work closely with clients to design, implement, and support IAM/IGA systems (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, ForgeRock, or Microsoft Entra ID Governance). Your expertise will contribute to strengthening organizations’ identity security posture, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in end-to-end implementation of IGA solutions (SailPoint, Saviynt, Entra ID Governance, etc.).
- Assist in conducting IAM assessments, design workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions with clients.
- Develop and configure connectors for application integrations (e.g., HRMS, Active Directory, databases, SaaS).
- Define and implement role-based access controls (RBAC), policy configurations, and access reviews.
- Customize workflows, identity lifecycle management, and certification campaigns.
- Perform data analysis, user entitlement reviews, and remediation recommendations.
- Support governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) alignment by enabling audit-ready IGA implementations.
- Assist technical teams or coach junior consultants and manage client communication, project milestones, and delivery quality.
- Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and knowledge transfer documents.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration.
- Proficiency in tools like SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra, or ForgeRock IDM.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts: provisioning, de-provisioning, access certifications, RBAC, SoD, and PAM.
- Scripting skills (e.g., BeanShell, PowerShell, Java, or Python) for connector development and customization.
- Experience in working with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP).
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR) and their impact on IAM.
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and project coordination skills.
- Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., SailPoint Certified Implementation Engineer, CISSP, Azure Certified, etc.).
Preferred Certifications:
- SailPoint Certified Engineer / Saviynt IGA Certified Professional
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
- CISSP, CISM, or similar security certifications
