We are seeking a skilled Saviynt Operations Specialist with 3-5 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing Saviynt IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) solutions, ensuring seamless access management, compliance, and security operations. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills, a passion for security, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve identity-related issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Saviynt Administration:
Manage and maintain Saviynt IGA solutions, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access certification.
Configure and monitor connectors for integration with various applications (e.g., Active Directory, SAP, Oracle).
Perform periodic system health checks and implement enhancements as needed.
Access Management:
Create and manage roles, entitlements, and policies within Saviynt.
Implement RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and ABAC (Attribute-Based Access Control) models.
Monitor and resolve access-related issues and service requests promptly.
Compliance and Reporting:
Conduct access reviews and compliance audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
Generate and analyze reports on user access, certifications, and compliance status.
Issue Resolution:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Saviynt connectors, workflows, and access requests.
Collaborate with IT and security teams to address escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to optimize and automate access management processes.
Stay updated with the latest Saviynt features and best practices.
Documentation:
Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), configuration documents, and knowledge base articles.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in Saviynt IGA administration or a similar role in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Hands-on experience in managing connectors and workflows in Saviynt.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SQL, PowerShell, and scripting for automation tasks.
Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, and other authentication protocols.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
Certifications (Preferred):
Saviynt Certified Implementation Specialist.
IAM-related certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
