As a Consultant – IGA, you will support the delivery and implementation of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions across client environments. Working under the guidance of senior consultants or managers, you will contribute to project planning, requirement analysis, solution configuration, and ongoing support of IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or Microsoft Entra ID Governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of IGA tools (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, Entra ID).
- Support integration of identity systems with various applications and platforms.
- Participate in gathering business and technical requirements related to IAM/IGA.
- Configure and manage identity lifecycle processes including onboarding, role assignment, and deprovisioning.
- Collaborate in building access review campaigns, role models, and workflow automation.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Troubleshoot IGA platform issues and support ongoing maintenance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders for smooth delivery.
- Support compliance efforts by ensuring identity controls meet regulatory standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in IAM/IGA, ideally with hands-on exposure to SailPoint, Saviynt, or Microsoft Entra ID.
- Understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and user provisioning concepts.
- Experience with directories (Active Directory, LDAP) and SSO protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID).
- Basic scripting or coding knowledge (e.g., Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, Python) for customization and automation.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and obtain relevant certifications.
Preferred Certifications:
- SailPoint Certified Associate / Saviynt IGA Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
- CompTIA Security+, or equivalent foundational security certification
