SecurDI started as a remote working organization since its inception during the Covid19 pandemic. Now that life seems to be settling into the new normal, we have adopted the hybrid working model.
We have professionals who come to the office everyday, some who come a day or two in the week and some who choose to work from home.
Every quarter, we have a Day@Office event, when we fly in a team that works remotely. It is the first time that we met them in person and surprisingly the energy in the office is a buzz. You wouldn’t believe that they are meeting for the first time.
The Day@Office event aims at building a connect with the management, get a better understanding of the organization’s mission and vision and letting our professionals know that we hear them and we are there to help them succeed.
Hybrid working has given us a chance to get back to all the fun breaks and scrumptious team lunches and get togethers. It has given us a chance to maintain that healthy balance between our work and life.
